yet another update on Lumineers

You're not gonna believe this one..... I called the dentist office to check on my lumineers, they said they hadn't heard anything on them being ready. A few minutes later I get a call back and Amy tells me... We need to schedule an appointment to take another mold of your bottom teeth. Seems we took the impression with the temporaries on, when we needed to take the impressions with the temporaries off. I say....dahh!! Now how many weeks did that waste? Over two weeks, waiting. These people are wasting oodles of time, mine and theirs!

Well, at Scrapgirls.com, Ro says, 'In five years, I'll be alive and this will be over!' I think she is right. I wish it were mostly over now. Hopefully by the end of January I will have all my dental work completed, and my postal exam scheduled, so I can start all the new beginnings this year holds! Change is good...right?!

Puppies

Puppies are about 2 weeks old. They are the chubbiest puppies I have ever raised. The little boy (the all black one) he looks like a bear cub. I call him 'teddy bear'.

Woohoo, I just finished my blog header and figured out how to install it here. Wow and it matches my page color pretty good too. That was entirely an accident. I'm rather pleased with it, right now anyway. LOL Wonder how long that'll last?
It's about 1:15 am and I'm not too sleepy. How strange.

The Best Thing That Happened This Christmas

These are our Christmas Puppies! Yep, born 1st thing in the morning. By 10:30am they had all arrived. Pebbles is a good mommy, she takes excellent care of her furbabies. The first girl wasn't even out of her bag completely when she latched onto breakfast. We had a good laugh about that one. Actually got it on video. 2nd born came out feet first, the 3rd had trouble getting out and wasn't breathing right for a while, but is now ok. My son was hoping they would be born on Christmas. That's the best part of our Christmas.

New stuff...

Gee, the fun seems to never end. We are still having problems with our septic tank. We had recently had it pumped and toilets worked well for 2 days. Now it seems our leader line is having problems... it may be tree roots. Hubby is outside now trying to dig up the leader line. Our plumber, Mr. Culpepper, says it could get really bad, he mentioned being up sh** creek. I guess he has been there before and it is an actual place like maybe... my backyard. 8) Well maybe its a good thing to be distracted by this so we don't think on more serious problems, IE 'our relationship' and how it's going to change.

I decided to wait until all my dental work is done before resuming my job search. I am having too many interruptions with dental apt.s right now. And it's bumming me out. I have been making some progress with my laundry room. And am getting close to getting all my laundry done. Finding some old clothes I have missed wearing. Almost like treasure hunting. And I can get some more organizing done. The dentist, Mr. Colvin said, it should all be finished by the end of January 08. Sigh, at least I have a target to shoot for, that's a relief.

The number '8' means New Beginnings! Expect good things this coming year! Behold! I do a new thing! Hopefully it will be a job, earning good money.

Update on Lumineers 2

Surprise of all surprises, they repaired my temporary, put the same one back in and it fell out the next day, yet again. But since there was no pain this time, I don't think I'll go back until the permanent ones come back in. Unless I feel any pain.
